TIA stands for The Inner Attitude. The TIA aids girls and women to recognise that their real beauty comes from within and is revealed through their character. The main focus of the organisation to guide girls and women to truly focus on:

TIA provides an opportunity for girls and women to experience personal development through the creative arts. It engages girls and women in self-awareness, the development of individuality and provides an arena for girls and women to explore their talents and gifts leading them to discover their own potential. We seek to enhance their quality of life while contributing to the realization of their own dreams and aspirations.
All creations within TIA organisation are devised and birth out of participants.
